Archiving Policy
JORLCS ensures long-term digital preservation of its content through secure storage and may be included in LOCKSS or CLOCKSS archiving systems. All articles remain permanently accessible via the journal's official website.
Refund Policy
Since JORLCS does not charge article processing or publication fees, there is no financial transaction involved. Therefore, no refund policy is applicable to authors or readers.
Paper Print Policy
JORLCS is an online-only journal and does not offer printed versions of individual papers or issues. However, authors may print their own copies from the freely available PDF versions on the journal’s website.
Publication Ethics
JORLCS follows the ethical guidelines set by COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics). Authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to maintain integrity, transparency, and fairness throughout the publication process.
Withdrawal Policy
Authors may request withdrawal of their manuscript before the review process is complete. Once accepted or published, withdrawal is discouraged and must be formally requested with a valid reason. Unethical withdrawal may result in a publication ban.
